•Favorite classes: Hip-hop literature, Voices: Hurricane Katrina

•Extracurriculars: I went to Mississippi for a Hurricane Katrina relief project during spring break, taught American Sign Language for one semester, Latino Student Union, Women’s Leadership Institute

Juniors,

My name is Nancy Brito and I work with students to apply to college and alternative pathways. I am super excited to talk about post-secondary pathways in your group sessions in the next couple of weeks! During the session, I’ll be talking about different college options, how to apply, and how to prepare yourself for the application process.

The post-secondary application process can feel extremely overwhelming which is why you have support systems in place at Summer Search to help you through it, including myself. Since most of you don’t know who I am, I included some fun facts about myself above.
